MakoTrac offers a unique event, location and facility for corporate or private groups. MakoTrac is designed to cater for private or corporate functions and events. We offer a great spectator seating, canteen and BBQ house, live timing display and putter golf area which provides entertainment for everyone.
An ideal event schedule would include:

May             –      lush green setting, temperate, less rain, near financial year end
August         –       mid year, coolest month, blue skies, dry season
November     –      pre-Christmas season, a quiet month for business

MakoTrac can provide a closed track for exclusive use for groups from 20 persons. Conditions apply.

Clients have a choice of different race formats:

3 Race Package: 3 race sessions of 8 minutes each, allowing for a break up of the event schedule, with the second session organised into groups of similar skilled drivers.

Sprint Format: Great for bucks parties, social groups etc. Get a few laps practice under your belt and then see who comes out on top in the final race.

Endurance Package: Practice, time trial, followed by a 1 Hour, 2 hour or 3 hour non stop race. This is a “Bathurst” style endurance race with 2, 3 or 4 driver teams, per kart.  A very exciting and demanding option. This testing consistency, sportsmanship and team building.

Flood lights cater for early evening or night racing*.
Clients may provide their own incentives or trophies. MakoTrac can also organise finger food, BBQ lunch/dinner, prizes, medals/ trophies and champagne for podium finishes. MakoTrac is happy to accommodate signage, banners and other corporate displays on the day.
